High School Introduction to Nursing Event – Registration Now Available!

Lake Land College is hosting an Introduction to Nursing event for high school students on Tuesday, July 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Neal Hall room 101. The event is designed for students interested in the nursing profession to learn about the programs and resources available at Lake Land College as well as the career opportunities available in the field.
During the event, students in attendance will meet with faculty and staff, tour Lake Land’s nursing facilities and develop their skills in a variety of hands-on activities. They will also enjoy the opportunity to experience and practice realistic patient care in the College’s high-fidelity patient simulation lab. Additionally, attendees will learn everything they need to know about the nursing program admission process, from financial aid options to tips for the entrance exam. A free pizza lunch will also be provided for all students in attendance.
