This program continued for academic year 2024-2025 and will continue again in academic year 2025-2026. On-Campus Winners/Nominees
| Employee | Value | Award Date |
| Jennifer Melton | Teamship | October 2025 |
| I am pleased to nominate Jennifer for the Leave Your Mark Award in recognition of her exceptional teamship and collaborative spirit. Recently, a business partner reached out to express their appreciation for Jennifer's outstanding assistance with a new apprentice program and service provider. When the industry partner submitted requested organizational information to the service provider, it was initially rejected. Rather than leaving the partner to navigate this challenge alone, Jennifer stepped in to provide hands-on support. Jennifer took the initiative to work directly with the industry partner to reformat the information according to the service provider's requirements. Her assistance was successful—the reformatted submission was accepted, allowing the program to move forward smoothly. This example perfectly demonstrates Jennifer's commitment to teamship. She went above and beyond her regular duties to ensure success for our campus partners and, ultimately, our students. Her willingness to collaborate across departments and provide practical solutions exemplifies the kind of partnership that makes our programs stronger. Jennifer's extra effort and collaborative approach deserve recognition and appreciation. | ||
| Rebecca Earp | Teamship | October 2025 |
| Becky Earp goes above and beyond to assist and help prepare for meetings and team leadership events. She often is preparing days in advance and running places to obtain just the right supplies for the event. A lot of her work is done behind the scenes and makes the event or meetings go off without issue. Sometimes it may feel overlooked and underappreciated but it is not and just wanted to give her a shout out for her Teamship! | ||

She was willing to provide her valuable feedback and be involved with finding solutions and fixing issues along with a group from ISS. Thank you Angela! | ||
| Kelly Allee | Excellence | September 2025 |
| Kelly Allee and the entire MPR team did an amazing job to provide Lake Land College decor and branding for the new Effingham Technology Center (ETC). Their marketing materials were also amazing and helped lead to an incredibly strong turnout by community members to tour the ETC facility during our Grand Opening Day. | ||

| Jeremy Moore | Teamship | September 2025 |
| Jeremy Moore went above and beyond in preparation and execution of the ETC Grand Opening! Not only the hours he put in to prepare but taking the time that evening to give tours, make sure that everyone was happy in their given spaces, running here and there that night fulfilling requests from staff and guests. He is very kind, he listens and is extremely patient. He is a team player for sure!! | ||
| Bryan Burrell | Excellence | September 2025 |
| We had an employer name three apprentices on the Friday before classes started and Bryan worked with each of the apprentices to ensure they were able to register into classes needed for their apprenticeship. He went above and beyond to work with each of them, their manager, and our Apprenticeship Coordinator. He was able to blue card the students into a few needed sections and get them all on the same schedule to simplify their work schedules and reduce the need for additional transportation or days on campus. This demonstration of excellence is deeply appreciated by the apprentices, the business partner and our team. Knowing we have a counselor who goes above and beyond as we grow apprenticeship is such a value-add for our programming. Thank you, Bryan! | ||
| Jessica Wohlschlaeger | Excellence | September 2025 |
| Jessica was an amazing help when I was trying to get my canvas course set up. She met with me on short notice, walked through how to use it, and even worked over the weekend to help me get my course ready for my Monday morning class. On top of this, she provided some great advice to a new instructor, which I greatly appreciated! | ||
